This was a great little find and one of our highlights on a short birthday break to Madrid. The restaurant Botin, located just off Madrid’s Plaza Mayor is listed in the Guiness Book of Records as the oldest working restaurants in the world – I actually felt like I was back in 1725! Be sure to try the in house speciality of “suckling pig” cooked in the original ovens. Fabulous!
