The smallest country in South America is Suriname and while it is not as well-known as some larger ones, it makes a terrific choice for a holiday destination. With an Atlantic coastline, most of the nation’s population is concentrated in this area. The interior part of Suriname is the tropical rain forest which has built quite a business of eco tourism.
